If you want a masterclass in customer service and patient care, look no further than Dr. Ely and his crew of absolute champions. You will not find a single B player in this entire place. Nothing but All Stars run these halls and it is just such a joy to watch them work.

I wish half the multi billion dollar enterprises I’ve worked with and for over my career had a quarter of the swagger Dr. Ely’s team has. Seriously, I wish they’d write a book on how this business was built. I’d buy a dozen copies and hand them out at work.

I cannot say enough good things about the treatment that I received here.
I had a complicated case, which included jaw surgery, and Dr. Ely's wisdom and guidance made an enormous difference. My bite and my face is forever changed for the better, and I have gotten medical benefits from the correction that I wasn't even expecting.

I am an adult that went back for braces for a second time after having them as a child and was very nervous about the process. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and patient and willing to answer all my questions. My teeth came out beautiful and I feel much more confident with my smile! The payment plan was also extremely helpful so that I could afford the treatment without having to take out a loan. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I am forever grateful for Dr. Ely and his staff! My son just finished his 2 year mark with his braces and just got them off. I myself still have some time with my invisalign. We always have great appointments. I love all the ladies working here. Paige is such a sweetheart. I remember when she helped start my son and my journey 2 years ago. Now she had the honor of removing my sons braces today. I would highly recommend coming here. This staff is amazing and they are so caring. They work with you through your entire journey here. What can I say about this amazing office and staff. Going to the orthodontist usually doesn't rank high on people's preferred destination but coming here always proves to be a wonderful experience for me. The professionalism and care exhibited by the entire office is simply incredible. Whether it is an appointment when I need it, extra rubber bands or just a friendly smile when you're finished this office never disappoints. My appointments are always made personal as Brooke makes sure that no matter what I smile before I leave the office. From start to finish, my braces have been a breeze with Dr. Ely. He answers all questions you have and makes you feel the most comfortable when you’re being helped! Got my braces done over 10 years ago. Last year, I had to have my bottom metal retainer replaced for the first time and it was a very simple process. My teeth still look perfectly aligned.

Just recently I needed to have my top retainer replaced for a cavity being filled. I was somewhat upset when I arrived to reinstall retainer because I had a long wait in the lobby, but was also afraid I was putting the retainer on too soon after cavity and was told it would be $50 to reschedule. However, Dr Ely's customer service and kindness in explaining the situation went a long way. He ended up replacing the retainer and going well beyond that with offering an additional visit if needed. Will continue to recommend him!

Dr.Ely and his staff are excellent people. I had went back in 2014 for braces. Everytime coming in the receptionist always remembered me very sweet and welcoming. My daughter started with Dr. Ely when she was just 8 years old. She needed expanders and braces. Yesterday, she got her braces off!
